Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Mentor developers and perform code reviews. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Manage CI/CD, releases, and deployments. Drive Salesforce best practices, governance, and performance. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.



Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead. Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge . Hands-on experience with Agentforce POCs . Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript . Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, security, and data modelling. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory) . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
