About the Role Step into a rewarding leadership role where you'll support a high performing team and help deliver outstanding patient care. Work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to strengthen clinical practice, guide staff and help keep the service running smoothly.
Lead and support the nursing team
Build consistent, high quality patient care
Guide staff growth and clinical practice
Coordinate rosters, workload and resources
Help drive quality and service improvement
About You You're a confident nursing leader who enjoys supporting others, strengthening clinical practice and delivering safe, high quality patient care.
Registered or eligible with NMBA and current practising certificate
Experience in leadership and clinical nursing practice
Guide and support nurses and students with confidence
Communicate well and build strong team relationships
Understand quality improvement and clinical standards
