The Opportunity:
CSR is seeking an experienced
Distribution Centre Manager
to lead our
Mawson Lakes
operation. Reporting to the Logistics team, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse and transport operations while driving continuous improvement and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day DC operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory, dispatch and transport.
Drive safety, compliance and operational excellence across the site.
Manage budgets, KPIs and service performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key internal stakeholders.




Leverage WMS and inventory systems to optimise productivity and stock accuracy.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
5+ years' experience leading warehouse and transport operations.
Proven ability to build and develop engaged, high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
Experience managing inventory, logistics systems and operational KPIs.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Safety-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
