Bounce is seeking a passionate Cafe Team Leader to own the cafe space, delivering quick, high-quality food, great coffee and exceptional service while leading from the front. You will coach the cafe hosts, uphold food safety and maintain superb guest experiences in a fast-paced workplace.
The role is designed around peak trade and party periods, with a Thursday to Monday pattern and Friday evenings a key part of the role. Bounce provides extensive training and development to help you grow.
