The role is a full time, ongoing and includes a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from leadership, dish costing and procedure implementation, assisting the leadership team with day-to-day management as well as contributing to dish development, including weekday and weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:
To prepare, cook and present (or otherwise delegate to other kitchen staff including cooks)



food for consumption
Supervising and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
Ordering and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
Communicate with the managers and supervisors regarding issues relating to preparation and service in the restaurant
Ensure kitchen staff follows directives and be responsible and accountable for food service.
Ensuring food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible
Key Requirements:
Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experience
Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for food
Commitment to excellent customer service
Strong work ethic
Adhere to all Food Health and Safety Regulations
Position Offers:
Full time Hours
Permanent
Salary between $75,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation
