APM Group in Booragoon, WA, is seeking Local Area Coordinators to assist people with disability and their families to access NDIS supports and achieve meaningful goals. You will partner with participants to develop plans, connect them to local services, and help navigate the NDIS while meeting KPIs.
The role requires empathy, robust community knowledge, planning with participants, and proficiency with Office 365. Working with Children/Vulnerable People checks are required or able to be obtained.
