The Role
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Commercial Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, including scheduling and job management. This involves booking technicians, planning service runs, adjusting schedules as required, and ensuring urgent service requests are prioritised and completed efficiently.
You will also be responsible for preparing reports and documentation, including service reports, compliance records, and operational updates for both internal management and clients.
A key aspect of the role is client liaison, acting as the main point of contact for commercial customers. This includes confirming bookings,



responding to enquiries, and building and maintaining strong ongoing client relationships.
This is a permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm), based in our Malaga office. Onsite parking is provided, and flexible working hours may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate routine and ad hoc pest management services
Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, manage expectations, and respond to enquiries (including preparing smaller quotes)
Maintain accurate client records and contract information
Manage permits, work requests, and site mobilisation requirements
Ensure compliance by keeping documentation, inductions, and client portals up to date
Prepare service reports and basic trend analysis within required timeframes
Open and close work orders and assist with monthly invoicing
Provide administrative and operational support to the Termitrust Manager
Handle incoming calls and general administrative tasks
About You
Solid organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Previous administration or scheduling experience (preferred)
