This is a permanent full time role. The remuneration package for this role is
$86,900
per annum (inclusive of 12% superannuation).
As a Commercial Property Claims Officer, you will be managing a portfolio of commercial property claims. You will take ownership of the claim from lodgement to finalisation whilst delivering a Best-in-Market claims experience to our customers. You will be dedicated to helping our customers get back to focusing on their business after a loss, whilst providing outstanding customer service and claims management solutions.
You will be highly supported through an extensive onboarding program. To set you up for success, 5 days per week office attendance for face-to-face training is required during the first 4 weeks of your onboarding program with an option to move to our hybrid way of working.
What You'll Do
Managing inbound and outbound calls from customers, suppliers and intermediaries (including brokers) relating to commercial property claims
Case managing a portfolio of claims post lodgement to finalisation with accountability for delivering exceptional customer service and managing claim cost
Providing timely claim updates to customers, intermediaries and claims stakeholders
Reviewing reports to identify next steps for the claim
Communicating with various internal and external stakeholders




Using product disclosure statements to determine claims acceptance
Resolving internal and external issues and complaints
Recording accurate claims information into claims management systems
