About The Role
Multiple opportunities are available for Supervisors within our Roads and Drainage Maintenance teams across key maintenence functions.

Supervisor Gravel Roads
In these roles, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of maintenance and operational works across Council's roads, drainage assets and associated infrastructure. You will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard for our community.
Using your civil maintenance experience and leadership skills you will:
As Supervisor Roads District
Provide on-site leadership and direction to multiple crews undertaking maintenance of roads, drainage, footpaths, kerb and channel and related infrastructure assets.
Promote a strong safety culture through effective pre-starts, toolbox talks, hazard identification and site inspections and observations.
Coordinate daily operations and project activities, ensuring maintenance priorities are addressed, issues are resolved promptly, and delivery targets are achieved.
As Supervisor Gravel Roads
Provide on-site leadership, direction and assistance to the gravel roads team undertaking road and drainage maintenance of our unsealed road network.
Promote a strong safety culture through effective pre-starts, toolbox talks, hazard identification and site inspections and observations.
Coordinate daily operations and project activities, ensuring maintenance priorities are addressed, issues are resolved promptly, and delivery targets are achieved.
As Supervisor Bitumen Patching
Provide on-site leadership, direction and support to road patching teams in completing asphalt works
Promote a strong safety culture through effective pre-starts, toolbox talks,



hazard identification and site inspections and observations.
Coordinate daily operations and project activities, ensuring maintenance priorities are addressed, issues are resolved promptly, and delivery targets are achieved.
About You
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
Experience directing and supporting crews on site
A safety-first approach to your team and works
Cert IV in Civil Construction (Supervisor Roads District)
The ability to work in line with our values of safety and wellbeing, communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership

Successful candidates will enjoy permanent full-time employment, with salaries ranging from $78,175 to $84,008 per annum (depending on the position), plus 12.5% superannuation.
9 day fortnight: every second weekend is a long weekend
