We're looking for an Account Representative/Manager to join our team. Whether you have experience in the signage industry or come from a sales or account management background, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
As an Account Representative/Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for your customers, managing their journey from initial enquiry through to quotation and job creation. You'll work closely with our design, production and installation teams to build strong customer relationships and help deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

We're seeking someone who:
Enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Is organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Has strong attention to detail.
Is proactive, positive and solutions focused.
Works well as part of a team.
Is confident learning new software and systems.
Has previous experience in sales, account management or the signage industry (preferred but not essential).
