OCR Car Rentals is a growing car rental company based on the Gold Coast, priding ourselves on excellent customer service, quality and value for money vehicles. We are looking for a 'people person' someone who is team player with a positive attitude to work in our Currumbin Waters depot with the ability to help out in other locations as necessary.
The role involves providing excellent customer service to our clients face to face, by phone and online, processing of rental agreements and reservations as well as administration duties, driving and occasional vehicle cleaning.
This a fulltime casual position initially, transitioning to permanent for the right candidate you will be working a rotating roster including alternate weekends and public holidays.
Car rental experience would be highly regarded. Must have a full and current drivers license, customer service background and an eye for detail. Only short listed applicants will be contacted, no agencies please.
