Our Client:
Our client is an independent brand, highly revered in their local area, and renowned for treating their landlords like gold!! A small tight-knit team, led from the front by an experienced Property Management Director, you will have all the support and guidance you need!
Duties:
Supported by two Assistants, you will be based in the office 4 days a week, and have a day of routines on Wednesdays, other tasks ill include:
Directing and overseeing the tasks of 2 Assistants
General communications with landlords and tenants
Arranging quotes and repairs / maintenance
Managing lease renewals and rental increases
Mediation and Tribunal where required
Specific requirements:
Capable of independently managing a residential portfolio
A current RE Certificate of Registration or License
Current drivers licence
