About the role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in our parts department operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing front counter service, including spare parts quoting and sales (parts identification/interpretation through to the final invoice)
Spare Parts ordering through the various manufacture portals
Maintaining stock levels (along with on-going stock-takes)
Delivering excellent customer service (in person, phone, and email)




Assisting parts manager and service managers where required (across all brahces)
Processing supplier invoices and receipting of goods
Supporting general departmental tasks as required
Applicants will require the following attributes:
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn multiple systems (this is an essential part of the role)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with others, "team orientated" approach
Previous Spare Parts experience (preferable)
Knowledge of the construction and/or agricultural industries (advantageous but not essential)
Additional information
Some seasonal Saturday morning work may be required (not essentail)
A forklift licence is desirable but not essential
Full time position with an immediate start available
Training provided, including system-based learning (local and interstate if required)
Junior applicants and trainees will be considered
