Access Telehealth is seeking General Practitioners to join Queensland team for weekly rounds in Residential Aged Care Homes. You will care for a secure cohort of residents and build lasting relationships with families and care teams.
The role offers weekday hours only, with nursing support and telehealth backup to assist with care plans and follow-up. A personal laptop is required to perform duties.
