About the Opportunity
The School of Business and Law is seeking an Executive Education Program Officer to join the Strategic Partnerships team. This role sits at the heart of the School's Executive Education division, providing account and program management support to a growing portfolio of industry facing courses and workshops.
The successful candidate will manage the client base and facilitators involved in delivering Executive Education programs, acting as the first point of contact for administration related enquiries. Day to day responsibilities include mailbox oversight, website updates using WordPress and Try Booking, stakeholder communication and marketing, management of the Canvas learning platform, and coordination of in person and online workshop logistics, including facilitator bookings, venue and catering arrangements, and participant feedback.
Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Partnerships, this position offers the chance to work closely with facilitators and clients across ECU's internal and external networks, contributing to a School that is progressive, industry connected, and AACSB accredited.
About you
The successful candidate will be naturally organised, professional in their approach, and comfortable managing a busy and varied workload. They will bring a strong senior administrative or client management background, preferably in a large organisation.
The ideal candidate will be confident using digital tools and able to learn new systems quickly, ideally with some familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, Canvas or online booking systems.



They will exercise sound judgement in determining when to resolve matters independently and when to expand them, and will bring a genuine, customer focused approach to working with clients, facilitators and colleagues. They will take ownership of their responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
