Remedial Building Foreperson / Supervisor | Brisbane
Lead remedial construction projects with a growing and highly regarded contractor.
Our client is seeking an experienced Remedial Building Foreperson / Supervisor to oversee building remediation and repair projects across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for managing site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
The Role
Working across a variety of remedial and building repair projects, you will take ownership of day-to-day site activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise remedial construction projects on site
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and daily site operations
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
Monitor programme, budgets, project progress and site productivity
Identify and resolve construction issues and project risks
Liaise with clients, engineers, consultants and project stakeholders
Organise site logistics, labour, plant and materials
Maintain compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
Provide leadership, mentoring and support to site teams
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:




Minimum 5 year's experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreperson or similar leadership role
Previous experience within remedial, refurbishment or building construction projects
Strong understanding of remedial construction methodologies and site practices
Proven ability to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
Relevant trade qualification (preferred)
Current Driver's Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certification
