What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver responsive
L1–L2 support
across
desktops, systems, telephony, mobile devices, and AV
systems.
Administer user accounts, security policies, and
configurations via
Active Directory
and
Microsoft 365
.
Manage Exchange, Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager,
and MDM platforms.
Troubleshoot
network issues, hardware
faults, and software bugs with precision and speed.
Monitor and escalate cybersecurity threats, ensuring a
secure
digital environment.
Collaborate on IT projects, audits, and continuous
improvement
initiatives.

Who You Are:
A tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for user support
and system reliability.
Experienced in help desk/service desk environments and
enterprise IT tools.
Skilled in troubleshooting across hardware, software, and
networks.
Cyber-aware and proactive about security best
practices.
A team player who thrives in collaborative,
service-oriented environments.
Must-Haves:
Tertiary qualification in IT (Cert IV, Diploma or
Degree).
SA Driver's Licence.
DHS Working with Children Check.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
