What We're Looking For
The International is seeking experienced cocktail bartenders to join our CBD team. We operate at high volume and high standards - delivering polished, friendly service and a professional bar presence across multiple venues.
You will have the following:
At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced bar environment
Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beer
A genuine passion for wine and provenance
The ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
Professional presentation and clear, confident communication skills
A solid understanding of responsible service obligations - current RSA is required
A team-first mindset with an openness to learning and continuous improvement
Highly organised with excellent attention to personal presentation
What You'll Be Responsible For
Delivering consistent, high-quality drinks to spec & customer satisfaction




Maintaining section cleanliness and managing stock levels effectively
Supporting smooth service flow between bar and floor teams
Contributing to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture
Upholding venue standards and ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times
Demonstrating sound knowledge of the back bar
