Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, providing warm welcomes and farewells, and promptly responding to requests, messages, and concerns.
Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, including accurate check-in/check-out, cashiering, daily transactions, and opening/closing duties in line with hotel procedures.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure rooms, special requests,



and guest expectations are fully met.
Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local area knowledge to confidently assist guests and maximise service quality.
Uphold hotel policies, WH&S; standards, training requirements, and equipment care while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
What You'll Bring
1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in front office operations including check-in/out and handling guest accounts.
Ability to build strong relationships with other departments in the hotel
The ability to deal with multiple requests at once and maintain a high level of service.
Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.
