Permanent, Part-time – 7.5 hours per week

Make a meaningful difference in the community by leading and strengthening volunteer programs that enhance the experience and wellbeing of consumers, families and staff. In this part time role, you will coordinate volunteers, build positive relationships, support training and development, and ensure volunteers are matched with opportunities where their skills and passions can have the greatest impact.
Working collaboratively with healthcare teams, volunteers and community partners, you will help deliver safe, inclusive and high-quality volunteer services. You will play a key role in growing volunteer engagement, improving programs, maintaining effective systems and contributing to a culture that values connection, respect and community participation.

How do you build effective working relationships and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organisation?
Are you passionate about creating positive community connections through volunteering?
Can you coordinate programs, rosters and resources to support effective volunteer services?
Do you have strong communication skills to engage volunteers, teams and community partners?
Can you support and develop volunteers through training, guidance and encouragement?
Are you organised, proactive and committed to delivering safe, high-quality volunteer programs?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Coordinate and support volunteer programs, rosters and placements to meet community and service needs.
Recruit, train and empower volunteers to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare services.
Build strong relationships with volunteers, clinical teams and community stakeholders.
Maintain program records, reporting, compliance requirements and continuous improvement activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance volunteer engagement and expand community-based services.
