Associate Urban Designer
We are seeking a talented and passionate Associate Urban Designer to join our team.
In this role, you will contribute to shaping innovative and sustainable urban spaces especially in the multi-residential space.
Key Responsibilities
Urban Design and Planning:
Develop and deliver high-quality urban design concepts, master plans, and public realm strategies that reflect creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with planners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve integrated and innovative design outcomes tailored to client and community needs.
Documentation and Communication:
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and engaging visual materials (including 3D visualizations) for clients, public consultations, and approval processes.
Leadership and Guidance:
Lead, run deliver urban design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Client Engagement:
Develop and nurture strong client relationships, act as a key point of contact, and represent the company in external and internal settings.
Team Development:
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth.




Required Skills and Qualifications
A degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Design, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture.
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in master planning, urban design, and public realm projects.
Proficiency in design and visualization software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and 3D visualization tools.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with stakeholders.
