About Oakey Health Centre
Oakey Health Centre is located at the Army Aviation Centre (AAC) 3km outside Oakey. It is the training area for Australian Army Aviation and is home to the 126 Squadron (Cougar helicopters) of the Republic of Singapore Air Force. With approximately 500 members, the health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, pharmaceutical and mental health services. It is also an emergency response to AAC. Health centre staff may be required to work across Cabarlah & Oakey. The standard operating hours of the centre are generally ********* Monday – Friday

Working Wednesday **** to **** onsite delivering high-quality mental health care to Defence members
Conductingfitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care.
Undertaking assessments, interventions, formulating treatment and care plans for individuals and group education sessions
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environmentwhere patientwellness is paramount
What you bring
Unrestricted AHPRA general registration as a Psychologist
Minimum two years' Post Graduate experience within last five yearsin mental health within a Primary Healthcare Setting or Specialist Mental Health Setting
Comprehensive assessment skills and experience in 'Focussed Psychological Strategies' and 'Psychological Therapy' as per Medicare Schedule
Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
Australian Citizenshiprequiredfor Baseline Security Clearance
Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care
