FOH Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
FOH operation management
Maintain and improve service quality
Staff education and training
Roster creation and shift management
Inventory management and ordering
Coordination with kitchen
Health and safety management
Qualifications:
1+ year experience as Restaurant Supervisor/Manager
Staff management and leadership experience
Ability to work in English
Multitasking ability
NSW RSA required
Salary & Benefits:
Annual salary $61,000–$74,000 (experience‐based). Benefits include Superannuation, Annual Leave, Staff Discount, Pantry and Performance Bonus.
FOH Staff (Section Waiter / Bartender)
Responsibilities:
Table service (section)
Order handling (food, drinks, sake, cocktails)
Bar support
Coordination with kitchen and bar
POS and billing
Opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
Service experience preferred (no experience acceptable)
Positive, approachable personality
Team‐work oriented
NSW RSA held or obtainable
Available 4–8 shifts per week (including nights and weekends)
Pay:
Weekdays: $*****–$***** per hour
Saturday: $*****–$***** per hour
Sunday: $*****+ per hour
