Jobtailor is seeking an IT support specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance both remotely and onsite in Australia. You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Exchange Online, Intune and endpoint devices, and manage incidents to resolution within SLAs.
You will contribute to knowledge articles, support documentation and process improvements while building solid relationships with end users and stakeholders through excellent service.
