What success looks like in this role:Ensures successful execution of client-facing company projects and services, meeting client expectations and business objectives. Oversees project planning, resource allocation and service delivery. Manages risks and resolves issues, engaging cross-functionally and with clients to ensure effective communication and alignment. Provides financial oversight and budget management, controlling costs and maximizing project profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently leads small to mid-size delivery management projects.Creates and maintains project plans, coordinating resources and identifying /managing risks.Manages project costs, ensuring resource effectiveness and efficiency.S erves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and en during services are delivered in line with expectations and business require ments.Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the right skills are available as and when needed to meet project needs.Oversees / monitors project team performance, providing feedback and ensur ing team members have the information and tools required for effective ser vice delivery.May act as a subject matter expert for certain product areas.Ensures service quality meets or exceeds client and resolves issues arising within teams,
