Maverick Campers is looking for a
Workshop Supervisor / Warranty Coordinator
to oversee our production team in Caboolture.
If you have experience leading a team, can work under pressure, with minimal direction and thrive in a hands‐on environment, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and support the team across service, warranty, and assembly tasks.
Workshop Supervision:
Monitor production progress, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
Problem‐Solving:
Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Hands‐On Work:
Assist with assembly, upgrades, servicing, and general workshop tasks.
Administration & Organization:
Manage orders, schedules, and inventory while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Weekly reporting to head office required.
Quality Control:
Conduct audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.
What We're Looking For:
Proven
leadership experience




in a workshop or similar environment.
Ability to
work under pressure
and manage multiple priorities.
Strong
problem‐solving skills
with a hands‐on approach.
Ability to
take control
and make decisions with minimal direction.
Solid
organizational and computer skills
for administrative tasks.
Industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
