Artemus Group is growing, and we're looking for passionate, people-focused Duty Managers to join our restaurants across Manly Wharf.

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring every shift delivers an exceptional guest experience while supporting and developing your team.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading service and creating memorable guest experiences
Coaching, mentoring and motivating front-of-house teams
Supporting the Restaurant or Venue Manager with daily operations
Managing labour, service standards and shift performance
Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
Maintaining compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace procedures
Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences




Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the front
A hands‐on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Current NSW RSA
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
