About the role
The Administration Assistant will provide timely and efficient administrative support in relation to program and support services processes, including overseeing the reception area.
This role is a member of the NSW Services Unit and reports to the Executive assistant to the director of Metro Sydney, Metro North and Metro South.
This is a Permanent opportunity based in Wollongong NSW, within our Support Services program.
Key Selection Criteria
Certificate II or III in Business Administration
Demonstrated experience working in an administrative capacity
A commitment to a high level of customer service, including the ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure
Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, produce work of a high quality and consistently meet deadlines

You must have a
Valid and current Driver's Licence
Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop)
Valid Employee Working with Children Check
Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check (for risk assessed / client facing roles).
