Prestige Civil Group is looking for experienced HC Drivers to join our Asphalt Paving team.
Based out of our Wantirnayard, you'll be working across a variety of road rehabilitation, resurfacing and infrastructure projects throughout Melbourne.
Whether you're already driving Flocons or come from a quarry, civil or transport background, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role
As a Flocon Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting asphalt from production plants to paving crews across Melbourne.
You'll work closely with Supervisors, Paver Operators and Asphalt Crew members to help keep projects running safely and efficiently.
The work includes a mix of day shift, night shift and occasional weekend work, depending on project requirements.
Your Responsibilities
Safely operate HC Flocon trucks.
Transport asphalt materials between plants and worksites.
Complete daily pre-starts and vehicle checks.




Maintain vehicles in a clean and serviceable condition.
Follow company and site safety requirements.
Work closely with paving crews and site personnel.
Identify and report defects, hazards or maintenance issues.
Represent Prestige Civil Group professionally on site and on the road.
What We're Looking For
Current HC Licence.
Minimum 6 months' experience operating Flocons or similar tipping equipment.
Experience in asphalt, civil construction, quarrying, road maintenance or transport industries.
White Card.
Strong commitment to safety.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required.
Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
