Export Controls Specialist
Role Description:
The Export Controls specialist is responsible for advising and managing Export Controls matters within the project office.
Responsibilities
Maintain Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA's) and Third Party Retransfer (TPR's) register.
Coordinate reviews.
Proactively manage amendments by working collaboratively with relevant Asset Managers and SMEs.
Maintain register of Non-Disclosure Deeds, including ensuring currency of the deed templates.
Review data sharing proposals to ensure compliance with Export Control restrictions.
Provide advice to branch personnel in matters related to Export Controls.
Develop monthly activity reports to support transition activities from the project office.
Conduct internal assurance activities to identify potential risk to non‐compliance and implement appropriate controls.
Essential Requirements
Eligible to access US Export Controlled (ITAR) information.
Experience in complex acquisition or sustainment environments.
Experience in applying Export Controls in ITAR and FMS arrangements.
Desirable Requirements
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Salary package (including super) range depending on experience.
