Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year to increase your take home pay, plus additional meals and accommodation salary packaging available up to $2,650 per year.

The Role
The Learning & Development Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team and plays an important role in the development, coordination, and delivery of staff training programs.
The position supports graduate programs, traineeships, and student and work-experience placements across the organisation.
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning initiatives that build the skills, knowledge,
and capability of employees and students, supporting improved performance, engagement, and productivity.
The position also coordinates student and trainee placement programs in collaboration with line managers, universities, and Registered Training Organisations.
Key Selection Criteria
A strong knowledge of and demonstratable outcomes associated with workforce development and education services in the health or related sector.
Excellent planning, organisation and coordination abilities.
Highly developed communication and consultation skills.
Experience in the facilitation, development and assessment of staff training.
Capability to make sound judgements under pressure.
Preferred
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to complete) and/or or Business (or equivalent).
Knowledge or experience with PlaceRight student placement platform.

Department of Health Guidelines for Immunisation of Health Care Workers require all staff to demonstrate immunity to specific preventable diseases.
As part of the recruitment process, the preferred applicant is required to provide evidence of immunisation (and/or serology) to confirm they are protected from risk.
