Ability to factor in commercial project overheads, including site‐specific Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) preparation costs, and site allowance expectations if applicable.
Understanding of commercial contract terms, including liquidated damages, retention sums, and strict variation submission clauses.
Lead a formal "Pre-Construction Handover" meeting for won projects, ensuring the site delivery team completely understands the budget allocations, margins, and agreed subcontractor scopes.

Liaise with trusted suppliers to source high‐quality building materials within scheduled timelines.
Coordinate procurement workflows to guarantee items arrive on‐site exactly when needed.
Monitor live project expenditure against the original estimate during construction, alerting the Owner immediately to any potential budget overruns.
