The Star Brisbane is seeking a Guest Support Officer (GSO) – Safer Gambling to join our Brisbane team on a full time basis.
You will deliver proactive interactions with guests on the gaming floor to promote safer gambling and oversee time-based play guidelines.
As a frontline role, you will engage guests, provide empathetic support, and refer individuals to external or internal resources while upholding safer gambling procedures.
