We are currently seeking
Casual Cleaners
to join our dedicated General Services Team.
About the Role:
As a Cleaner at Buckland, you will play a key role in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of our facilities to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine and deep cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising, and waste management
Ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness, including resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms
Restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment
Following strict infection control and hygiene protocols
Supporting other departments where required
What We're Looking For:
Previous cleaning experience (experience in aged care or healthcare settings is ideal, but not
essential)




High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Ability to follow procedures and infection control guidelines
Respectful, compassionate and qualified manner with residents and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and time management skills
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
