Parts Interpreter
within the
Hino Parts Department
at
Nerang
. As a leader in the Australian medium duty truck market, we pride ourselves on both customer service and quality.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying parts and components
Consulting catalogues
Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
Communicating with colleagues and guests to handle verbal enquiries, such as clarifying instructions and responding to requests for information
Reading and interpreting workplace-related documentation
Selecting and using appropriate equipment and materials
Materials handling
Guest advice
Receiving and filling orders for parts
Invoice preparation
Organising dispatch
As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Qualifications and/or experience in Parts Department - highly desirable
Well-developed administrative experience in a service and/or customer relations role
Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable
Intermediate PC skills
Sound mechanical knowledge
Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
