We are an established stonemasonry business with over 30 years of industry experience, specialising in high-quality stone benchtops. Due to continued growth, we're looking for hardworking and reliable labourers to join our factory and installation teams.
About the Role
We are currently seeking full-time Stone Benchtop Labourers based at our Carrara factory on the Gold Coast.
You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople using modern machinery and lifting equipment in a safe and supportive workplace. Duties may include both factory-based work and onsite installations.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with fabrication and installation of stone benchtops
Loading, unloading, and handling stone materials safely
Operating factory machinery (training provided)
Handling and preparing stone materials
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Supporting onsite installation teams (where applicable)
About You




Able to work between the hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm (Monday to Friday) and flexible with overtime when needed.
Experience in stonemasonry, Shaping stone, construction, or manufacturing (highly regarded but not essential)
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills
A current driver's licence and White Card (preferred for onsite roles)
