We're Hiring: Park Operations Attendant
We're on the lookout for a superstar to join us as a Park Operations Attendant. Your mission? To provide a warm, friendly, and unforgettable magical experience for our guests while meeting their needs and expectations throughout their stay.
What You'll Do:
Guest escorts
Assisting guests with day-to-day requirements
Ensuring bins are rotated and emptied
Overall assistance of general tiredness tidiness
General maintenance jobs
Pool treatment
Pool maintenance training will be provided in office
Grounds Care
Problem Solving
Assistance in the other departments as needed
What You'll Need:
To be able to obtain a Blue Card (working with children)
Excellent communicator
Be able to assist guests in reversing a caravan on to tight sites
Open (manual) driver's license
Experience in a similar hands-on property park operations and maintenance role
Minimum 6-12 months experience in property park operations and maintenance required
A polite and friendly nature with a can-do attitude to deal with guest enquires
Great time management and attention to detail
Effective problem resolutions
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, school holidays
Valid Australian work authorisation required
