What You'll Do
You'll manage your own portfolio of SEO clients, taking ownership from strategy through to execution.
Develop SEO strategies tailored to each client's commercial goals
Identify new opportunities to grow organic visibility and revenue
Build quarterly roadmaps that prioritise impact




Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging search trends
Technical SEO
Perform comprehensive technical audits
Identify crawl, indexation and Core Web Vitals issues
Brief developers with clear technical recommendations
Monitor website health and proactively resolve issues
Content & On-Page SEO
Conduct keyword and competitor research
Develop content strategies aligned with search intent
Optimise landing pages for rankings, conversions and user experience
Client Management
Manage approximately ***** SEO clients
Deliver insightful monthly reporting
Explain performance in clear commercial terms
Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication
Team & Process Improvement
Share knowledge with junior team members
Help refine internal SEO systems and processes
Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and client outcomes
Participate in strategy sessions and internal workshops
What We're Looking For
You'll likely have:
1+ years of agency SEO experience
Experience independently managing client portfolios
Strong technical SEO knowledge
Confidence analysing websites and identifying growth opportunities
Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms
Solid understanding of keyword research,



content strategy and internal linking
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A commercial mindset that connects SEO activity to business outcomes
Bonus points if you have experience with:
AI search optimisation
Entity SEO
Schema implementation
Local SEO
International SEO
SEO automation and AI workflows
