, is seeking an experienced manager and or attractions Team Members to join our Gold Coast venue at Helensvale.

and is firmly established as one of QLDs premier indoor entertainment destinations. The wider Game Over Group operates venues in Brisbane and across
New Zealand (Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown)

new locations recently opened in North Lakes and East Auckland
. It's an exciting time to step into a leadership role within a growing entertainment brand.

4,000 sqm indoor family entertainment centre
featuring:
Go-Kart track
Laser Tag arena

Food & beverage offering
About the Role
This position is suited to someone looking to take the next step beyond general casual work. The role will be appointed as
Shift Manager with the view to development into the venue Assistant manager role
, depending on experience, and can be
casual, part-time or full-time
. We're open to discussing flexibility for the
right candidate
.
You'll play a key role in
day-to-day operations
,
front-of-house leadership
, and
supporting the management team
, while still being hands-on with guests and staff and attractions.
Key Responsibilities May Include:




Leading reception and front-of-house operations
Acting as a senior point of contact for guests and staff
Supporting daily opening, closing and shift coordination
Supervising and assisting team members across attractions
Running attractions including karting safety briefings, races, Climb sessions and laser tag missions
Assisting with parties, events, catering and group bookings
Maintaining service standards and a positive team culture
About You
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in hospitality, entertainment, customer service or venue operations who is ready to step into a more responsible, leadership-focused position.
You will ideally bring:
Previous relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment or customer-facing leadership roles
Strong communication and people-management skills
A professional, confident and guest-focused approach
The ability to lead by example and support a team
Excellent personal presentation and reliability
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and wide-ranging shifts
Experience with attractions such as
go-karts, laser tag, arcades, parties or events
will be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right person.
