FMS Group is seeking an experienced Asset & Logistics Supervisor to join our growing team in Paget. This is a town-based position offering consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to shape and influence a key division within a well-established and proudly local business.

As an Asset & Logistics Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Asset & Logistics division. This includes managing the movement of goods and equipment, mentoring your team, and driving operational efficiency.
This position works Monday to Friday on day shift only: Monday – Thursday: 6am – 4pm | Friday: 6am – 2pm
Additional overtime may be available depending on workload.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day logistics and asset operations
Coordinate the inwards/outwards flow and transport of goods and equipment
Conduct Prestart/Toolbox meetings and communicate team direction
Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and support
Ensure QA standards are met and processes followed
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You're a proactive and safety-conscious leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You bring strong communication and problem-solving skills and take pride in delivering quality outcomes through team leadership and operational excellence.
We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and mentoring skills




Proven commitment to safety and compliance
Sound planning and problem-solving abilities
Computer literacy and good communication skills
Forklift High Risk Licence and valid Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)
