About the Role
Working closely with our project and delivery teams, you will be responsible for:
• Reviewing plans, specifications and tender documentation.
• Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.
• Obtaining, comparing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Preparing competitive tenders and supporting variation pricing during construction.
• Conducting cost analysis, value engineering and risk assessments.
• Maintaining estimating databases and cost benchmarks.
• Participating in tender meetings and post-project cost reviews.




• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
About You
You will bring:
• At least three years' Australian estimating experience.
• Strong proficiency in Monday.com and Microsoft Office (or similar)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
