About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support our renewable energy projects.
This role is open to local candidates only and is critical in providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate visitor travel, accommodation, and site access requirements
Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and internal documentation
Maintain and update site rosters
Provide administrative support across site operations, including document management and record keeping
Assist with logistics, equipment tracking, and inventory coordination




Liaise with internal teams and contractors to support site activities and resolve day-to-day operational issues
About You
Previous experience in a site-based administration role (construction, infrastructure, or energy projects preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Solid communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic site environment
