Job Description
As our #AAA team continues to grow, we're looking for a
Speech Pathologist
to support participants across the
Tamworth
region, covering Gunnedah, depending on where you're based - work close to home!
In this role you will:
Manage a varied, community-based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant-centred goals
Deliver evidence-based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
Passionate about community-based support for people with disability




Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team workplace
