About the role
Ecomist Swan is seeking a
Service Technician/Delivery Driver
to join our team in Malaga, WA. This is a
part-time position
that combines technical service expertise with reliable delivery operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and ensuring timely, professional delivery of our products and services to clients across the region. This role is critical to our operational success and directly impacts our reputation for reliability and excellence in the trades and services sector.
Key responsibilities
Deliver products and services to customers at scheduled locations, ensuring safe and timely arrival
Clean and disposal of Sanitary Bin Waste
Perform routine technical maintenance and servicing on equipment and installations at customer sites
Conduct pre-delivery and post-delivery inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues on site or escalate to senior technicians as required
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service work completed, and customer interactions
Communicate professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
Ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained in safe, clean working condition
Comply with all health and safety regulations, and company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record and experience operating delivery vehicles




Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently whilst following company protocols and procedures
Physical capability to lift, carry and install equipment safely
Reliable, punctual and organised approach to work
Willingness to learn new systems and techniques relevant to our service offerings
Clean Criminal Record
