Silverstone Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Crushing & Haulage Coordinator to join a well-established owner/operator gold producer in the Goldfields.
This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity offering excellent job security, a great team environment and the chance to work with a respected mining operation.
Working a week on, week off FIFO roster from Perth, flights depart every Thursday.
About the Role
As the Crushing & Haulage Coordinator, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the mobile crushing and haulage circuits, ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently while maintaining effective communication between crews and site leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate daily mobile crushing and haulage operations.
Ensure continuous crusher feed and maximise plant productivity.
Oversee haulage activities using CAT 777 Dump Trucks and Road Trains.
Coordinate operators, contractors and support personnel to meet production targets.
Monitor equipment utilisation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Complete daily reporting and communicate operational priorities with site management.




Successful candidates will have:
Previous experience in a Crushing & Haulage Coordinator, Supervisor or similar mining leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mobile crushing operations.
Experience overseeing CAT 777 haulage fleets, Road Train operations, or both.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
