The Opportunity
As Head Chef, you'll be at the centre of a transformative project, responsible for delivering an exceptional food experience while leading a high-performing kitchen team.
Your impact will include:
Recruiting, developing and mentoring a passionate kitchen brigade;
Creating a positive and high-performance kitchen culture;
Managing food costs, labour budgets and inventory controls;
Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency;
Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health standards;
Collaborating with venue leadership to drive innovation and commercial success.
Who We're Looking For
You're a
driven culinary leader




who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves the challenge of building something special.
You'll bring:
Proven experience as a
Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
in a high-volume venue;
Strong experience managing large kitchen operations and teams;
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others;
A solid understanding of food cost management, rostering and kitchen financials;
A passion for quality, consistency and delivering memorable dining experiences;
Creativity, innovation and a genuine love of hospitality;
The ability to remain calm, organised and hands‐on during service.
