The Role:
As our Sales Consultant, you will be the face of JAYPAX Group. You will coordinate onsite client visits, assess structural foundation issues and guide clients toward the right resin-injection solutions.

Consultative Sales & Site Inspections:
Visit residential and commercial sites to inspect foundation issues (houses, slabs, pools, and infrastructure).

Diagnostic Approach:
Present clear options, explain the technical remedy in simple terms, and provide honest recommendations without scare tactics.

Quoting & Proposal Pitching:
Deliver transparent, accurate quotes using our structured, value-driven incentive tools (such as our 7-day early-acceptance discount).

Structured Follow-Up:
Systematically manage your sales pipeline, staying on top of clients with timely, weekly follow-ups to close deals.

Pipeline & Client Growth:
Conduct daily calls, identify new business opportunities, and nurture relationships with clients across all sectors (homeowners, builders, commercial asset managers, and engineers).

You bring high energy to every day. You're keen to learn our technical methods quickly, eager to convert both company-provided leads and to pursue and generate your own new business leads.

Construction Familiarity:
Understanding building sites or structural concepts is an advantage, but not essential—if you have the hunger, drive, and experience in the sales process, we will teach you the technical side.

Driver's License:
Essential for site visits and client meetings.
We are looking for a KPI driven, highly organised Sales Consultant who takes an honest, human approach when dealing with clients.
Remuneration & Advantages:

Performance-based:
Potential earnings $100,000 plus (Base salary + commission)

Uncapped Earning Potential:
This product has proven results; it sells itself —commission opportunity uncapped.

Training & Security:
6-month probation period with full technical training provided, leading into a long-term, lucrative career.
Lucrative & Progressive Commission Structure:

5% Commission
on conversion of all Company-Generated Leads.

10% Commission
on the first job of any Self-Generated leads you bring to the company (5% on their subsequent repeat business).

The Milestones Accelerator:
We believe in rewarding consistent growth. Once you surpass your target, your commission percentage scales up. The more you bring in, the higher your percentage becomes.
