We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team at KPTR PTY LTD T/A Nextra Birtinya located at Stockland Birtinya 2/8 The Ave Birtinya, QLD ****. Known for delivering exceptional retail services, we are committed to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:
· Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
· Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
· Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
· Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
· Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
· Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
· Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
· Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Skills and Experience:
· At least 1- 2 years of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, organizational,



and problem-solving abilities.
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
· Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and marketing strategies
