Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused casual staff to support various roles within the hotel. Whether it's serving in the restaurant, assisting in the bar, or providing outstanding service to our guests, we have opportunities that cater to a range of skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Food and Beverage Service:Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
Bar Duties:Prepare and serve beverages, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness.
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the hotel.
Event Support: Assist with setup and service for events and functions as needed.
General Duties: Perform other tasks as required to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements:




- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is required for bar positions.
