We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our team at Darebin Creek Kindergarten.
At Darebin Creek Kindergarten, we offer an engaging play-based learning program for three- and four-year-olds that nurtures curiosity, builds friendships, and fosters self-confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Our brand-new, purpose-built facility features three warm, welcoming rooms and a beautifully landscaped outdoor play area inspired by bush kinder principles. Each space is thoughtfully equipped with resources designed to spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and challenge young minds in meaningful ways.
This is a part-time ongoing role working ***** hours per week, with the following schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:15 pm, and Wednesday: 8:00 am – 11:00 am.

About you
You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
You value kindness and respect.
You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
About the role
You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.
You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
